Refund policy

If you want to return your items, you have 20 business days to notify us of your desired return. We must receive your desired return within 30 days of the date you received your package. If your package is received within those 30 days and there are no issues with the items we got back, you will receive a full refund. If something is to be returned after the 30 days, you will be offered a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
ie) unworn, unused, tags on, no deodorant stains, no scents, no pet hair, etc. 

HOW TO RETURN:

- Email us at lonedesertapparel@gmail.com with your order number, and last name. In the email, please let us know of your desired return and the reason for it.

- Once approved, we will email you a return label and you have until the end of the 30 day period to get it back to us.

- After we receive the product and check it over to ensure that it meets our requirements, we will send you your refund. If the product does not meet our requirements upon return we will either give you store credit or you will not receive a refund depending on the quality/ damage.

 

All in person purchases have the same return policy as online purchases.
